Mi Manera is truly a magical place. The secret garden of Es Pla was born as a labour of love of and dedication to the local culture and its organic, fresh cuisine. The garden is in complete harmony with nature, and produces all of the vegetables and herbs you will enjoy in each of their dishes. Everything is grown organically and they use only the freshest produce, changing the menu to reflect the seasonal ingredients.

Each and every Friday, take the chance to recharge your energy after a long working week by enjoying their daily menu, consisting of two traditional Mediterranean dishes for only 18€ per person. To give you an example of the sumptuous dishes on the menu, we feasted on the carbonara, created with fresh eggs straight from their henhouse, along with a fabulous Polpettone with meat hand selected by their head chef, using a 500 year old recipe. We can’t think of a better way to kickstart your weekend than spending it at“A Mi Manera”.
This winter, “A Mi Manera” wish to invite the people of Ibiza and their friends to indulge in the delectable delights they have to offer, immersed in the nature of their magical garden, as well as local residents of course. Therefore, on both Saturdays and Sundays they have joined forces with Mediterranea Pitiusa, to offer a yacht service from Ibiza to Formentera (Roundtrip 1pm – 5.30pm), including a free transfer from the port to the restaurant, and the chance to indulge in their fabulous “GourMed” tasting menu. And all for the incredible price of just 60€ per person, (50€s for Formentera residents).
A divine tasting menu, all lovingly prepared with seasonal vegetables from their own gardens, fresh pasta handmade by the in house chef, risotto with creamy cheeses and the very finest cuts of meats including Australian Angus, T-bone matured for 50 days and sumptuous Wagyu Picanha. On Sundays, live music will flood the mystical gardens, adding to the ambience of this idyllic hideaway, and making you wish you could stay forever.
