Fiesta Medieval in Dalt Vila

Each May Ibiza’s popular medieval fair reminds residents and visitors alike that Dalt Vila, the old town that was situated on a hillside in order to see ships from afar and defend itself from pirates, has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site ever since 1999. For three days jugglers and acrobats will be thronging the dense network of alleys full of stalls and food stands serving sobrasada, wine and beer.
