Music in the open air

Just like every summer, the Symphonic Band of Ibiza Town takes to the streets to share their musical repertoire with tourists and residents. Conducted by Adolfo Villalonga, in its 2011 summer cycle it will be playing songs from Abba as well as from the operas Carmen and Jesus Christ Superstar. The Symphonic Band performs in Figueretas on July 9th, in Plaza Julián Verdera, at the Old Market on the 23rd and in Plaza del Parque on the 24th. The concerts, as ever, are free.
