Ibiza hosts the first Baleares International Beach Polo Tournament

The Beach Polo Cup 2010 will take place for the first time in Ibiza this summer.

Putting a very different spin on the traditional game of Polo as we know it, the game takes place on the sandy shores of the world’s finest beaches; in this case, those of the Pitiusas have been chosen to host the Championship this coming July.

Organised by 4Polo Management, the tournament hopes to bring together not only a host of the world’s best polo players but also a large number of international celebrities from the worlds of fashion, film and TV.
