Formentera “closed for winter”?

Even if Formentera seems to go into a sort of hibernation from mid-October until Easter, there is at least one small chink of light for locals and visitors. The Island authorities have licensed five beach kiosks to open on Friday to Sunday between the hours of 11am and 5pm. So if you’re partial to a beachside tipple on a brisk winter’s day, here is a list of the five locations:
