The house belonging to the artist and architect Erwin Broner situated in the harbour district of Sa Penya is now open for viewing following extensive restoration work. The government and city council of Eivissa want to attract more tourists to the historic district using the ley de barrios (urban district act). The structure and facade of the house built on a cliff have been preserved in their original form and the interior designed by Broner has been painstakingly re-created. At the moment, the studio, situated on several levels, can be viewed without a guide. From May to September, the house can be visited Tuesday to Sunday between 10am and 1.30pm and Tuesday to Friday between 5pm and 8pm. From October to April it will be open Wednesday to Sunday between 10am and 1.30pm and on Tuesdays between 4pm and 6pm. It will be closed on Mondays and public holidays.
