A fresh slant on Easter

The kitchen crew at CASA COLONIAL have had a good break and now they are back with renewed vigour and some great recipes for the 2010 season. These include dishes with delicate spices from Thailand and novel ideas from France and Alsace. Right on time for Easter, hare and lamb are being given a new aroma.

Open Mondays to Saturdays plus all Easter weekend from 7pm.
