Right now, there\u2019s a real movement about this music. People are really hooked into deep tech sounds.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s common knowledge that festival-goers everywhere are shifting their allegiances from EDM to techno, but this wider trend is also being mirrored on the world\u2019s most exclusive dancefloors. \u201cThere\u2019s been a huge transformation in the last few years,\u201d Jean Claude continues. \u201cIn central London, for example, more and more people want to hear deep sounds. Clubs like Charlie Berkeley Street, Cuckoo, Beat, Tape \u2013 they\u2019re all booking proper house DJs. It\u00a0was rare\u00a0to hear\u00a0this kind of music before in places like Mayfair. You had to go to the Egg, to Ministry of Sound, to Fabric in East London. But not anymore; even these private members clubs have big line-ups.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Over the winter season Jean Claude was also active stateside, taking his Be Crazy party concept to South Beach, Miami. \u201cI played during Art Basel Week, New Years Eve and WMC at Wall,\u201d\u00a0Jean Claude explains. \u201cNext winter Be Crazy Miami will be monthly. And Wall is currently expanding in size. The club will have a bigger dancefloor and a bigger capacity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Now back home in Ibiza, Jean Claude is eager to get started at L\u00edo. \u201cL\u00edo is a stunning venue,\u201d Jean Claude smiles. \u201cYou\u2019re definitely going to see a different crowd to the other venues on the island: very beautiful people and everyone is super-well dressed. From the hipsters to the guys who have their yachts moored outside, they all fit the Be Crazy concept. It\u2019s a vibrant mix of energies and most importantly they\u2019re coming to have fun and listen to good music.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Better known as a high-end dining establishment with stunning views of Dalt Vila, Jean Claude and Be Crazy have been realigning L\u00edo\u2019s afterhours reputation since 2012.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t think of myself as a festival DJ,\u201d Jean Claude concludes. \u201cI love playing smaller, intimate venues like L\u00edo or outdoor spaces like Blue Marlin Ibiza or Beachouse.
