The iconic venue in Santa Gertrudis has been lovingly transformed into a warm and welcoming restaurant, open everyday for dinner. A change in the cuisine sees the menu leaning back to the island’s Mediterranean roots, using a charcoal oven to carefully cook the finest cuts of meat, and freshly caught fish. We particularly enjoyed the fabulous lobster risotto, the succulent shoulder of lamb, perfectly finished with a delicious homemade Italian ice cream to cleanse the palate.
