Beachouse opened their doors for another season on 09 May, and already the summer has started with resounding success, as the beach club which sits so gracefully on the shores of Playa d’en Bossa is already welcoming with typical aplomb both valued clients and new guests who come to drink and dine in this most welcoming of settings.
As you approach, the view of the impressive natural straw parasols perfectly complement the sumptuous daybeds and the vibe immediately invites you to spend the whole day here, and opening for breakfast from 10am-12.30, with lunch service starting 1pm until 8pm, Beachouse takes you seamlessly from morning to dusk, and indeed it’s a perfect place for a sundowner and an early dinner before hitting one of the nearby hotspots to dance away the night.
Early risers, and the yogis amongst you will delight in the yoga classes which are held Monday to Friday 0930 – 1045. There is no charge for the classes, however, donations are welcome and all proceeds go to various local charities who work to protect the delicate infrastructure of our beautiful island.
Each Saturday, Beachouse welcome you to dine with them as the evening sets in, with a very special set menu, of sharing platters, tapas and some freshly caught fish and of course the finest cuts of meats. In keeping with their ethnic and bohemian style, listen to a live music soundtrack playing as you relax on the beach, and enjoy the exceptional ambience.
Ibiza Style were lucky enough to be invited to taste the new dishes on the menu for 2019, and what a treat! We have always admired the menu for it’s diversity, value for money and exceptional quality, but this year sees it go from strength to strength with the addition of some fabulous new dishes.
To start, feast on a divine combination of Lebanese breads served with succulent Ibizan tomatoes, feta cheese, tahini sauce and fresh pesto.
The new salad of beautifully fresh beetroot is served with a winning blend of asparagus, broccoli, shallots, hazelnut vinaigrette, salty ricotta and pistachios, and simply has to be tasted to be believed.
For the mains, we simply adore the sticky rice served with a selection of fresh, locally sourced vegetables, a true taste sensation and a super healthy option.
To finish and clean your palate, it’s a difficult choice between the Matcha cheesecake with goji berries and poached peach crumble served with verbena and lime ice cream both of which are exceptionally moreish!
Of course, Beachouse has always been a place where families are not only welcomed, but encouraged to bring their tribe along, and the Ibiza Kids Company are on hand everyday from 1300 – 1800 to ensure that your little angels are entertained with arts, crafts, play, music and dance, whilst you enjoy a long leisurely lunch with friends and family. A dedicated children’s menu ensures that all children can eat alongside their parents before joining in the entertainment on offer.
