Locals love L’Atelier it’s a fantastic creative space with a focus on crafty play, amazing BIO food and the best coffee and juices around! We include this poetic world of interior decor for it’s gorgeous artisan products – organic and natural materials line the store from ceiling to floor – it’s oh so fluffy and soft and Hygge!

This homely and chic space feels authentic and welcoming! A very touchy / feely vibe when we admired the handmade goods created by Thai women and co-operatives.

This is the perfect place to buy soft rugs, throws, cushions and linen in beautiful muted colours. Quirky and cute pieces to add a playful / handcrafted tone to your home. We love the children’s home decor pieces – magical! It’s also a great concept space where you can create your own ceramics, incense, fabric flowers, baskets and loads more! Such fun workshops where the creative vibes flow…

The Rose
Carrer Venda de Fruitera, 07814 Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera, Balearen
Telephone: 971 19 79 35

Possibly the most colourful and uplifting store in Ibiza. As I walked into this store I immediately felt happy and invigorated. The elegant, chic aesthetic of vibrant colours is perfection – truly beautiful. We felt energised in this space! The bold, strong visual aesthetic of colourful art works by Aldo Kodak are breath taking. Abstract, figurative and constructivism style, vivid colours of oil paint over wooden panels and collage is a recurrent medium in his work.

Claudina designs the stunning silk clothes (also in the boutique) which reflect Aldo’s colour palettes – the design duo curated this heavenly showroom in Santa Gertrudis with so much talent and passion that joy and creativity radiates through every element within the space.

In addition to the impressive collection of art works you’ll find hand-blown glass works, retro / designer collectables, one of pieces of furniture, as well as homeware designs that will brighten up your home and have a positive effect on your emotions – we couldn’t help but smile in this boutique gallery. We felt extremely welcomed here and inspired by the back-story of Aldo and his journey as an artist. We loved the original knitware designs which are hand made with he finest wools and Claudina’s kaftans and silk dresses the perfect poolside outfit for summer 2022.

This magical hotel and concept store is perfectly located on the tranquil waterfront of Portinax – a truly romantic setting. Opened by Pierre Traversier, a former basketball player, and Rozemarijn de Witte, a former editor at interior design magazines. Quirky, laid-back and charmingly eclectic – we love the characterful bohemian vibes! A feast for the eyes upon walking in, many pieces caught our eye.

North African rugs, rattan lamps, vintage furniture designed by the likes of Tom Dixon, Piet Hein Eeek and Jonathan Adler. Modernist furniture blends with Balinese – pops of vivid colour come from the glasswares, art and oversized one-off pieces.

The unique style give the instant read that the owners have a passion for travel – inspiration comes from exotic homes worldwide. A treasure trove of vintage market meets modern design studio.

You’ll find gorgeous feather lamps, quality bespoke leathers, clothing and items that bring great touches that bring with them an exotic vibe to your home. Wonderful textures in tan and earthy colours bring a zen simplicity. It’s truly inspiring and relaxing – there’s no other place like it on the island!

We especially loved the relaxing terrace for sun down and the 1950’s stairways – simply divine!
