On a balcony overlooking the sea, in one of those places that can only exist in Ibiza, hangs Amante and its exquisite offer. The Beach Club run by David Piccioni, with Carlos Monter in the post of manager and Marco Simonella in charge of the restaurant, opens its kitchen from 13.00 till midnight with one clear aim: only the best ingredients. Mediterranean cuisine with a slight Italian influence where Galician beef, fish-fresh every day-and organic vegetables from the island make up a menu that will delight any gourmet. What’s more, it has a genuine charcoal grill for meats and fish.
But Amante is much more and in the bar area or in the hammocks situated on its natural terrace, it is possible to enjoy more than 30 high-class cocktails, some of which, such as the popular Amante Martín, are of its own creation or allow oneself to be tempted by its list of Gin-Tonics in order to enjoy a day on the beach to the full.
