The philosophy behind Chambao’s enticing menu is inspired by the Spanish tradition of cooking with love. Where possible all ingredients are locally sourced using relationships with island based suppliers and making the most of the abundance of fresh, natural produce which Ibiza gifts us with, whilst adhering to a policy which very much respects the environment, which serves to enhance the natural flavour of the food.
