From the shores of Ibiza to the hearts of millions, Regan Hillyer is redefining what it means to lead – intuitively, unapologetically, and with a soul-first approach.
There’s a certain frequency Regan Hillyer emits – one that stays with you long after the conversation ends. I’ve had the joy of meeting her twice in real life: once during a powerful activation she hosted on Ibiza, where her energy moved through the space like light through crystal, and again during a radiant boat photoshoot before our interview. Though the conversation itself happened over the phone, her voice carried that same grounded presence and clarity that I had experienced in person.
We spoke about her soul-driven mission, how Ibiza became a home base for expansion, and what it truly takes to manifest a life on your own terms. “There’s something in the land here,” she told me. “When I first stepped onto the beach in Formentera, I felt it – a deep spiritual energy like you find at the pyramids in Egypt or temples in Peru. It’s a vortex of creation.”
But Regan’s journey didn’t begin on sacred beaches or in million-dollar boardrooms. It started in New Zealand, with a traditional upbringing and a dream that wasn’t hers. “My father once told me that if he’d had the chance, he would’ve been an architect. So, I went to architecture school – thinking I was fulfilling his dream, not mine.” A classroom visualization exercise exposed the truth: the life she was building wasn’t aligned with her soul.
That realization sent her down a rabbit hole of personal development, wealth creation seminars, and online searches for ‘how to quit your 9–5.’ She invested heavily – emotionally and financially – in learning how to build wealth, all while accumulating over $100,000 in debt and watching one business idea after another fall flat.
Everything changed when a mentor told her: “Success is 80% inner work, 20% strategy.” Regan took that advice to heart. “That’s when I discovered NLP, energy work, shamanism – all the things that helped me rewire my mindset and raise my frequency.” By the age of 23, she had created her first million-dollar business – and then walked away from it.
“It looked great on the outside, but I wasn’t fully being me. I wanted to serve more people, more authentically.” That leap of faith gave rise to Regan Hillyer International, an eight-figure online business with a global reach. Her work centers on manifestation – not as magical thinking, but as a science and system.

“Manifestation is quantum physics,” Regan explains. “It’s taking something intangible – a dream, an idea – and translating it into reality through alignment and action.” But this isn’t about visualizing something once and waiting for it to appear. It’s a structured process – and one she has taught to thousands across the globe.
For those ready to begin, she offers five foundational steps, each one a pillar of transformation:
1. Define your true desire.
Most people manifest what they think they want, not what their soul truly longs for,” Regan says. This first step is about peeling away the noise, the conditioning, and the ego, and getting radically honest with yourself. When she walked away from her first million-dollar business at 25, it was because she realized the success she had built wasn’t aligned with her purpose. “The vision was off. It was built from a place of proving something – not serving from my soul.”
2. Expand your receiving capacity.
“Ask yourself: Can you actually hold what you’re asking for?” she says. Whether it’s more wealth, love, or visibility, Regan emphasizes that manifestation isn’t just about getting – it’s about allowing. She shares that early on, she subconsciously blocked opportunities because deep down, she didn’t feel worthy. Through embodiment practices and mindset rewiring, she expanded her energetic capacity to receive more – and sustainably hold it.
3. Clear internal blocks.
This is the shadow work – the deep, often uncomfortable inner excavation. “You can’t manifest over your wounds,” Regan says. “What you don’t heal, you project.” She encourages people to look at patterns of fear, self-sabotage, or scarcity and work through them with tools like breathwork, journaling, subconscious reprogramming, or somatic healing. “The deeper you’re willing to go within, the more freely your desires can flow in.”
4. Embody your future self.
“You don’t wait until you’re wealthy to feel wealthy. You don’t wait until you’re confident to show up. You start living as if – now.” This isn’t about faking it, but energetically aligning with the version of yourself who already has the life you’re calling in. Regan did this when she was still in debt, showing up online with confidence and clarity, speaking from a future that hadn’t materialized yet – but that she already lived in energetically.
5. Take bold, aligned action.
“This is where most people freeze,” she says. “They wait until everything is perfect. But the universe responds to movement.” Regan stresses that action doesn’t have to be huge – it just has to be aligned. A message sent. A new offer created. A truth spoken. “You move in faith, not fear. Even when it’s messy. Especially when it’s messy.”
And then, she smiles – that knowing, grounded smile of someone who’s walked this path herself. “We manifest who we are, not just what we do.”
A strong theme throughout our conversation was conscious leadership – the kind that fuses intuition with impact. “Being a conscious leader means leading from within. I don’t separate business from my spiritual practice. I ask the soul of each project how it wants to be expressed – then I follow that guidance with strategy.”
She also challenges the belief that spirituality and financial abundance are incompatible. “That’s an outdated scarcity mindset. The more connected I am spiritually, the more money I make – and the more good I can do with it. We don’t need more greedy billionaires. We need conscious millionaires who serve from the heart.”
Regan lives by this philosophy. She’s currently building The Nest, a conscious community and ascension spa in Costa Rica that merges world-class biohacking with soul-healing practices. “It’s not just about optimizing the body – it’s about raising consciousness.” The project will offer retreats, private immersions, and even the option to live there part- or full-time.
And she’s not stopping there. Regan is also launching two new ventures: Reflection Lingerie, an eco-sustainable lingerie line designed to empower women with safe, hormone-friendly fabrics – “no more toxic lace and synthetic dyes,” she says – and Well Obsession, a health and lifestyle app that offers personalized fitness, nutrition, and supplementation guidance.
“These businesses come from real conversations,” she explains. “Women asking me what I eat, how I train, what I wear that’s safe for my body. I realized there was a gap – and I wanted to fill it, consciously.”
When I ask her what legacy she wants to leave, her voice softens. “I want people to believe in themselves. I want them to know they are powerful creators. Even if I’m not here anymore, I hope my work continues to awaken that in others.”
And Ibiza? For Regan, it’s more than just a backdrop. It’s a vortex of creativity – a place where synchronicity flows, truth rises, and the soul remembers. “There’s magic here,” she says. And after witnessing it myself, I can only agree.
From the white shores of Formentera to a global community of changemakers, Regan Hillyer isn’t just teaching people how to manifest. She’s showing us what it looks like to lead with soul, build with purpose, and live fully – in every sense of the word.
